ROLLER TABLE

Specifications: SA30 & SA36

MOTORS: Heavy duty, three phase, 208, 230, 460 volts, 60 cycles, TEFC, 7½ HP for SA 30, 10 HP for SA 36. Motors conform to NEMA specifications. Other motors available as special order. Motor enclosed in base housing.

MOTOR CONTROLS: Magnetic, with automatic reset overload protection. Installed in NEMA 4x SS enclosure. Over current protection to be installed by user. Lockout switch standard.

START AND STOP CONTROL: Conveniently located. Requires both hands to start. Latching red stop button.

HOUSING: Fabricated of heavy welded stainless steel. Housing provides enclosure for motor and magnetic switch enclosure.

DOOR SWITCHES: All models are equipped with saw door switches, which prevent starting the saw with the saw doors open.

SAW BLADE WHEELS: Gray iron castings with tin plate for protection. Precision machined with backup shoulder and dynamically balanced, which helps prevent blade from coming off wheels. For cleaning: upper wheel is equipped with counter weight for easy removal.

SAW BLADES: SA-30 uses a 1” wide x 216” long. The SA-36 uses a 1” wide x 248” long.

CUTTING CAPACITY: The SA 30 has a capacity of 30" depth by 18 ½" height with rolling table, 22" height with fixed table. The SA-36 has a capacity of 36" depth by 18½" height with rolling table, 22" height with fixed table.

TABLES: See diagram and chart for standard fixed and rolling table sizes. Any table configurations available as a special order option.

VARIABLE TABLE HEIGHT: Legs adjustable for a table height of 42½" to 48½".

APPROVALS: U.S.D.A. approved construction, UL listed components.

WEIGHT: Approx. 1900 - 2300 lbs
